November is National Diabetes Awareness Month. Join Ohio State University Extension’s Diabetes team for complimentary diabetes webinars LIVE ONLINE on Nov. 1, 8, 15 and 22. According to the Ohio Department of Health, approximately 1,048,918 adults in Ohio, or 12.6% of the adult population, have diagnosed diabetes. Ohio State University Extension, Family and Consumer Sciences, is offering a free webinar series on how to incorporate healthy cooking techniques and practices to help control your blood sugar through our cooking school and nutrition education program.
