Training Achievement Program

The Training Achievement Program (TAP) offers an online alternative to our traditional in-person food safety classes. This course is for owners, managers and/or workers in a food-service establishment that require Level II certification in food safety training by the Ohio Department of Health.

The TAP course content is entirely online, self-paced and offered in English and Spanish. For those food establishment managers who work long hours, this course is ideal!

Once a participant completes the course, they must take an exam with an Ohio State University Extension professional who is registered as a proctor of Food Service Manager Certification exams. These exams are required to be taken in-person with the proctor.
