Buying a home can be complicated, but we're here to help. This self-paced homebuyer education program prepares you for each step of the process. In just 4 hours, you will be better prepared to ask questions, make decisions, and advocate for yourself during your journey to homeownership. The $75 course fee covers both the borrower and the co-borrower. Once the course is purchased, you will receive an email with course access information within two business days. After you complete the course, you will receive a certificate. If you would like a private counseling session, one will be available upon request.
This class, powered by Framework, does not qualify homebuyers for a loan product. It does satisfy the homebuyer education requirement for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and your lender's mortgage products.
The course also meets all HUD and Housing Counseling Program requirements for homebuyer education and exceeds the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling.
