Virtual Dining with Diabetes Nutrition Education Program

Do you or someone you love have diabetes? With 30 million diabetics in America, you are not alone! Ohio State University Extension, Family and Consumer Sciences, is offering a free webinar series on how to incorporate healthy cooking techniques and practices to help control your blood sugar through our cooking school and nutrition education program. This program is designed for people with diabetes and their family members or caregivers. Dates are May 3, 10, 17 and 24 from 10 a.m. to Noon.
