Free Franklin County Area Resources

Federal Government Employee OSU Ticket Offer: Beginning now and continuing through the end of the government shutdown, all federal government employees can receive two free tickets (on day of the event) to all Ohio State athletics events. (Details)

Gateway Film Center: Beginning January 21 and extending until the government shutdown ends, federal employees and one guest will be admitted to any screening for free at the Gateway Film Center. Federal employees will need to present their federal employee identification card at the box office to receive their tickets. Columbus Zoo and Aquarium: The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is offering free admission to furloughed federal workers and their immediate family members while the partial government shutdown persists. Federal employees are asked to present their federal ID or badge at the ticket booth for free admission. (Read more...)

COSI: COSI is offering free general admission to furloughed government employees and their immediate family members during the partial government shutdown, the museum announced Friday. The offer is effective immediately and will continue for the duration of the shutdown. Employees must show their federal employee ID at COSI's Box Office. (Read more...)
