October is National Farm to School Month and we are proud to support the celebration through the Great Apple Crunch. It's a statewide initiative that promotes healthy eating, supports Ohio’s apple growers and highlights the importance of local food systems.
We encourage Extension educators across Ohio to engage their communities, schools, and partners in this fun and educational event. The Crunch is simple: gather your group, take a bite of a locally grown apple, and celebrate Ohio agriculture together.
