With 30 million diabetics in America, you are not alone! You will learn how to incorporate healthy cooking techniques and other practices to help control your blood sugar through our cooking school and nutrition education program. The class is designed for people with diabetes and their family members or caregivers.

    Based on skills from mindfulness and social resiliency, this presentation will discuss the nervous system’s response to financial stress, ways to build greater tolerance for discomfort, and how to foster a new relationship with money that won’t collapse when faced with unexpected expenses. Presented by OSU Extension Educator Whitney Gherman. There is no cost to attend this program, registration is required.
