Whether it be financial struggle, or chronic disease management, stress can creep up as a result of many of the day to day events that we face in our lives. Join us monthly as we interview Family and Consumer Sciences educators and other specialists who will discuss how we can address and hopefully prevent this from negatively impacting our overall health and wellness.

    Mondays, 10 a.m. to Noon, February 7-28 Do you or someone you love have diabetes? With 30 million diabetics in America, you are not alone! You will learn how to incorporate healthy cooking techniques and other practices to help control your blood sugar through our cooking school and nutrition education program. The class is designed for people with diabetes and their family members or caregivers.
