- The Emergency Food Pyramid (Adobe PDF format): this resource gives consumers ideas on how they can eat nutritiously, even when the lights are out. Three days of menus are available, as well as equipment to have on hand, and other safety precautions.

- Wellness Policy Information: On June 30, 2004, the Child Nutrition and WIC Reauthorization Act was signed into law. One of the requirements of this law is that all schools participating in the federal meals program must create a wellness policy, to implement healthy school environments. - Ohio Action for Healthy Kids Snack Food & Beverage Toolkit:
This toolkit was created by the Ohio Action for Healthy Kids Goal 2 team to help schools meet their goal of "ensuring healthy snack foods and beverages are provided in Ohio schools."
